How to Install ddccontrol software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

ddccontrol software package provides program to control monitor parameters, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ddccontrol

ddccontrol is installed in your system.

Make ensure the ddccontrol package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ddccontrol *

You will get with ddccontrol package name, version, architecture and description in a table
